The American Transportation Research Institute has shared the collaborative effort of 100 different carriers who have provided their best advice for hiring a new generation of drivers. The trucking industry may depend on it.

Global energy markets are volatile, and unfortunately, the data signifies that the storm will remain unchanged throughout the rest of the year. Diesel inventories are low in several areas of the country, such as the Northeast. The gift, a teddy bear, was saved by Meadows after his tractor-trailer’s tire blew and rammed his vehicle into a guardrail. The accident occurred on State Road 37 between Indianapolis and Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
Pay isn’t everything, according to drivers ages 21-30
Higher pay isn’t the answer when it comes to hiring younger drivers. The American Transportation Research Institute has released research showing the new generation of drivers is looking for more in a carrier than a good paycheck.
Drivers aged 21 to 30 who were surveyed reported stability, work-life balance, and carrier benefits as some of the more important factors to consider when choosing an employer.
