Strong Climate Denial Groups at UN Climate Talks Spark Concerns


Over 160 industry groups, think tanks, and PR agencies with a history of climate denial have scored access to the UN climate talks in Dubai. It's got many worried about their influence, especially when they're getting as much access as Indigenous communities, human rights groups, and climate justice advocates.

Some are giving the UN flak for not having a rule to keep these guys out, which seems slightly odd... as scientists are shouting from the rooftops about the need to tackle climate change and ditch fossil fuels. With climate skeptics and PR folks in the mix, critics are side-eyeing the conference's seriousness.
