Ryder's Acquisition of Impact Fulfillment Services Strengthens Supply Chain Capabilities


Ryder System Inc. is set to acquire Impact Fulfillment Services Holdings LLC (IFS), a company specializing in contract packaging, manufacturing, and warehousing services with a presence in 15 states. The terms of the agreement, reached in the third quarter, have not been disclosed. This acquisition is expected to add $250 million in annual revenue to Ryder and enhance its supply chain capabilities, particularly in the consumer packaged goods sector, while IFS customers will benefit from Ryder's integrated logistics services.
