CJ Logistics, South Korea's largest parcel delivery service, has entered into a strategic partnership with Japan's Ocean Network Express (ONE), a global container shipping company. As part of the deal, ONE will offer competitive rates and freight space for CJ Logistics' container cargo moving from Asian countries such as South Korea, China, and Japan. ONE, formed through a merger of Japan's major container shipping units, is the world's 7th largest container shipping company in terms of cargo capacity and is a member of the global marine transportation group THE Alliance. This partnership follows CJ Logistics' previous agreement with Taiwan's Evergreen Marine Corp., making it connected to two major shipping alliances, providing the company with a wider range of options in global container shipping and transportation.
