Green Bay's trucking giant, Schneider National Inc., has acquired Massachusetts-based M&M Transport Services LLC in a move to expand its dedicated division. The acquisition includes M&M's fleet of 500 trucks and 1,900 trailers located at 12 locations in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southwest regions of the United States. With this acquisition, Schneider aims to achieve its goal of generating $1.5 billion in dedicated freight sales annually and deploying 6,500 dedicated trailers. The deal will enable Schneider to offer specialty solutions for retail and manufacturing customers, enhancing its service offerings in the logistics and freight industry. M&M Transport, founded in 1990 by Mark R. Warsofsky, operates out of several terminals in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Indiana, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
