👩🏻‍🔧 Bronx Logistics Center in Hunts Point Earns Prestigious LEED-Platinum Certification.

The Bronx Logistics Center in Hunts Point has achieved LEED v4 Platinum certification, making it one of the few distribution buildings in the US with this prestigious rating. Developed by Turnbridge Equities and Dune Real Estate Partners and designed by ARCO, the 1.3-million-square-foot facility is set to open this year. It features 585,000 square feet of warehouse space, 32-foot ceiling spans, and dedicated entrances for flatbed trucks. The building also includes over 1,500 covered and surface-level parking spaces. To enhance sustainability, the project includes a 2.9-megawatt solar array on the rooftop, providing one of New York City's largest private sources of renewable energy. The building also has an on-site electrical substation to power 500 electric vehicle charging stations for standard passenger cars and tractor-trailers.
