American Eagle Outfitters wants to save the supply chain

Shekar Natarajan, the executive vice president, and chief supply chain officer for AEO (the parent company of American Eagle Outfitters) has launched an initiative to save the company’s supply chain.

He claims that the future of the retail industry and delivery processes all rely on developing cohesive digital platforms that similar companies can share for better operations. AEO acquired several logistics companies last year in an effort to push this methodology.
