Louisville Ford Plant Workers Reject UAW Contract Amid Concerns


Workers at Ford's two Louisville vehicle plants have voted against the proposed UAW contract by a narrow margin of 52% to 48%, going against the national trend. While some Louisville workers expressed concerns about the contract, including wage increases and retiree benefits, UAW Local 862 President Todd Dunn believes the agreement is likely to be ratified, as it still appears to exceed the national majority needed for approval.
