Military employees can teach critical principles to manufacturing companies


Manufacturing companies can absorb a lot of valuable knowledge from military employees. Improving processes is critical to a company’s success and those with military training have much to offer. Teamwork key indicators, speaking up, and analyzing talent management strategies are just a few of the areas of improvement military personnel can give their two cents.

When changing a company’s leadership culture, there are often many challenges to consider. But change is a core value in the military, and “old thinking” doesn’t last long.
