The fear of flying, also known as aviophobia, can be a challenging and distressing condition for those who experience it. Fortunately, there are several strategies that can help individuals overcome their fear of flying. Gradual exposure to the experience of flying can help desensitize an individual to their fear. This can involve starting with watching planes take off and land, then progressing to short flights and gradually increasing the duration of the flights.
