Based in Albany, New York, Plug Power is developing what they have called a “green hydrogen highway.” The company is utilizing fuel cells that convert hydrogen fuel and air into electricity and hopes that the industry takes note of the green variation of hydrogen. Typically, hydrogen is made using natural gas.
