🇨🇳 China will likely continue to dominate the EV market, despite global efforts to take away control.

Mining and refining lithium, nickel, cobalt, graphite, manganese, rare earth elements, and other critical green-energy minerals are the key to maintaining a “top-dog” position in the electric vehicle market. The Biden Administration has been combating this by passing legislation and invoking the rarely used Defense Production Act in an effort to push back. But even with these moves in place, it’s likely that it will take a minimum of a full decade to build any sort of infrastructure in the U.S. that can replace what’s already existing in China.
