Good morning, & all aboard. 🚢
In October of 2000, Commander Kirk Lippold was the commanding officer of the USS Cole while it was at port in Aden, Yemen. The ship was attacked by al Queda terrorists and Commander Lippold was forced to deal with a crisis of life or death.
This upcoming September, Commander Lippold will be a keynote speaker at the Heavy Duty Trucking Exchange in Scottsdale, Arizona. While his story may be slightly more harrowing than the average, he’s expected to share valuable insight on how to pivot in difficult business situations and the importance of adapting to constant change.
