“Go 70 mph, tops”, most fleets use speed limiters

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration reported last week it would continue moving forward with a rule requiring speed limiters on trucks. This is an initiative that had been dormant since early in the Trump administration - and most fleets are already following suit.
