California has plans for fossil fuels

California has unveiled its plan to drastically cut fossil fuels in the state. The plan includes a 2026 goal of all new homes in California being built with all-electric furnaces, stoves and appliances. “carbon neutrality” is desired by the year 2045 in the state.
